JOURNEYS received $2,500 through the 2024 Community Grants program.
JOURNEYS – The Road Home has a mission to individually assess and serve the homeless/near homeless in northern Cook County including Buffalo Grove. $2,500 was awarded to assist in furnishing apartment units in the Interim Housing Program, specifically aiding those with mobility issues who cannot access PADS.
